Justin Bieber's new album Changes debuted on the top of the charts for the week ending February 20, giving the Canadian pop star his seventh #1 album, Billboard reports. Changes moved 231,000 units in its first week, earning the third-largest week of 2020 for an album, trailing only Eminem and Halsey. The feat also makes Bieber the the youngest solo artist to achieve seven #1 albums, beating Elvis Presley, who accomplished his seventh of 10 #1 LPs with Blue Hawaii in December 1961. Changes is also Bieber's ninth album to crack the chart's top 10. Rapper A Boogie Wit da Hoodie came in at #2 this week with Artist 2.0, while Australian rockers Tame Impala achieved their highest-ever charting position to finish at #3 with The Slow Rush.
