Ja Rule Reportedly Owes IRS More Than $2 Million

Ja Rule reportedly owes the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) more than $2 million in back taxes. According to documents obtained by Bossip, the IRS issued the rapper an updated lien for back taxes from 2005 through 2008, which amounts to $830,717 for 2005, $353,536 for 2006, $231,775 for 2007 and $172,282 for 2008. Combined with back taxes from income Ja Rule earned in 2014-2016, he now allegedly owes a whopping $2,031,753. As of April 15, Ja Rule has yet to respond to the liens.
